The Pennsylvania Athletic Trainers Society, in partnership with the Pennsylvania Department of Health and the Pennsylvania Medical Society are proud to offer educational programming in in concussion prevention and management for physicians and athletic trainers.
This course has been designed for physicians and provides a basic overview of concussion etiology, pathophysiology, diagnosis, and initial management.
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint providership of the Pennsylvania Medical Society and Sport Safety International. The Pennsylvania Medical Society is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
